Robert attended Hilliard Davidson High School where he was actively involved in theatre and Senior Choir. He graduated from Ohio University in 2005 with a BS in Telecommunications and a minor in Technical Theatre. While attending undergraduate school he was employed by Ohio University Telecommunications Center (WOUB - PBS) which services Southern, South Eastern, and Eastern Ohio with two television stations and six radio stations. His senior year of college he completed an internship with WBNS10TV.

Upon graduation from Ohio University, Robert found that the Columbus, Ohio and surrounding area's markets we're stagnant regarding employment opportunities in the broadcast engineering field. He secured employment as a web designer for a Columbus, Ohio based software company. After about a year, he found that he had out-grown the work they had available for him and Robert started up his own software and web development business. He co-owned the new startup and performed the duties of treasurer, business manager, web designer, and IT consultant. After a successful year sprint from a two man partnership to a five person, nearly half million dollar company, Robert parted ways in order to move to Greenville, NC and be with Kaela.

Robert has since started his own new company to accommodate the several clients who wanted to follow him and he has acquired some new customers as well. While in Greenville, Robert secured the local Chili's restaurant as a client for whom he provided marketing consulting. He hopes to again soon be a successful small business owner and be able to enjoy the perks of such a role.
